Meet Elle: Flight Centre Travel Consultant and FCTA grad!

Elle wanted to work for Flight Centre so studying in our Head Office seemed like the perfect opportunity to get a foot in the door and land her dream job.  We talk to Elle about her journey with the Academy... 

Why did you choose to study at the Flight Centre Travel Academy?

What did you enjoy the most about the course?

The people that I got to meet. I got to learn from professionals that have been travel consultants or worked in the industry before and could give me great advice. And just being able to study in the Flight Centre headquarters and see how they work in the real world. I really loved that aspect. 

What was the best part of your program?

For me, it was being able to work full-time and study full-time. With the option to study part of my course online, it gave me the balance of working and studying at the same time.

What are your goals for the future?

Know what I’m doing in my current role and learn everything that I can. And then work my way into some leadership roles.

Top tips for interviews?

Just be yourself! Everyone will love you for you!

What advice would you give to future students?

Just keep going. It's going to be hard some days but just know that you can do it.
