Study Online, Connect In-Person: Successful Face-to-face Orientations

At Travel Academy, we are all about combining online study with industry experience. While flexibility is a key benefit of online learning, we know that nothing beats the energy of face-to-face interaction. That’s why we’ve introduced in-person Orientation Day (O-Day) events—designed to complement our Virtual O-Week and provide students with a powerful start to their journey in the travel and tourism industry - and the results have been outstanding!

A Successful Start to 2025

Kicking off an online diploma shouldn’t feel like a solo journey. Our recent January O-Day events proved just how valuable in-person interaction can be. Students had the opportunity to connect, engage, and kick-start their learning journey in a dynamic, hands-on environment. They experienced firsthand the excitement of working in travel and tourism including the chance to:
