Along the way, they’ll make lifelong friends, experience life in one of Australia’s most beautiful regions, and set themselves up for a brighter future.
Work, Study + Play Whitsundays is a
13-month program developed to encompass the three core elements of 'Work', 'Study' and 'Play'.
Work
Students can kickstart their careers in the thriving travel and tourism industry by working with renowned hotels and tourism operators in Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands.
Students will begin working after their first semester of study, with jobs secured before they make the move to the Whitsundays.
Study
This University-accredited Diploma of Travel and Tourism prepares students for success and provides a pathway to career advancement or further education. Upon completion, they can transition directly into the second year of a Bachelor of Business at Torrens University Australia.
The program starts with full-time study in the first semester (4 subjects) and continues part-time for the next 2 semesters to complete the final 4 subjects.
Play in the Whitsundays
While studying and working, students will live in one of the most beautiful destinations in Australia! They’ll have access to discounted and free activities through partnerships with local adventure businesses, ensuring they can enjoy the stunning Whitsundays and create unforgettable memories.
This is an unparalleled opportunity for students to grow, learn, and explore while building a solid foundation for their future.
